The Nigerian constitution app is a must have for every adult Nigeria with a smart phone. The app is very crisp and clear. It contains the preamble and all the chapters and sections. Note that the 1999 constitution is very controversial being that it was enacted by the military. Many argue that the "We The People" slogan was improperly connoted as there was no known consensus.
